By God's Grace St. Paul Lutheran Church and School began in 1893 as an off-shoot of St.
John's Lutheran Church near Marysville.  Members of St. John's who had moved south
into the Darby Plains wanted to have a school for their children that was closer to their
homes.  The establishment of a congregation followed soon.   Today St. Paul Lutheran
Church has close to 400 communicant members.

We continue to operate a school with 75 students in grades Preschool - 7.  St. Paul
Lutheran School has recently been fully accredited by the National Lutheran School
Accreditation program and by the State of Ohio.
St. Paul Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to
students at the school.  The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, admissions policies,
scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
